If you select the 6-7 PM pick-up slot, please have your items ready and placed by your front door by 6 PM. We will arrive sometime between 6-7 PM. If you select the 7-8 PM time slot, your items must be out by 7 PM. If you are dropping items off to us, you may do so anytime between 6-7 PM or 7-8 PM and simply leave them by our front door. All items will be returned (or ready for pick-up) by 7 AM the following morning (unless otherwise discussed), so your little one's seat is clean and ready for the day!

Your child's safety always comes first. We only use baby and eco-friendly cleaners that are: * Non-toxic & gentle for little ones * Free from harsh chemicals, bleach, and fragrances * Safe for fabrics, straps, and buckles * Approved for use according to each manufacturer's manual

We have two little ones of our own and schedules are often based around them and their activities. Hours may vary during summer and breaks.

For cleanings scheduled with less than 24 hours' notice, there's an additional $15 fee that customers must select as an "Add on." This ensures expedited, high-quality service. Whether booked in advance or last minute, our priority is safe and clean car seats!

You must select the "Sick Appointment" under our services offered and then add "1 Car Seat Detail" or you can first select "1 Car Seat Detail" and then add "Sick Appointment" as an add on for an additional $15. If you are also needing this to be scheduled the same day due to a messy, then you must select "Same-Day Cleaning" for an additional $15. If you have a "sick" seat and need it to be cleaned the same day (returned next day) then this is a total of $30 in additional fees added to your car seat cleaning.

Yes, yes it is! When checking out you will select a single stroller cleaning if you have one of these combo seats. Thanks for asking!

Absolutely not! Car seats are most often air-dry only. If they are not removed from the bag this creates an environment for mold to grow. We provide the following instructions: ***FRIENDLY REMINDER TO REMOVE YOUR CAR SEAT FROM THE BAG WHEN THEY ARE DELIVERED*** This is provided in our Terms & Conditions and in our follow-up text and email when your car seat is delivered.

Our Policy states "At Tucson Car Seat Medic if we encounter anything that makes your car seat unsafe the cleaning will be stopped immediately and we will contact you. You will still be charged for the pickup and drop-off fee if utilized. We will refund half the price of your cleaning and any tip if one was left. Your little one's safety is the number one priority." Why only half the price you ask? Time is spent on intake, inspection, recall lookup, and beginning the disassembly process to assess the condition of the seat. We will also provide you with next steps and contact information for your car seat manufacturer.
