By booking a service with Tucson Car Seat Medic, you agree to the following terms:

1. Services Offered
Tucson Car Seat Medic provides cleaning services for car seats and related items. Services must be scheduled in advance, and availability may vary.

2. Appointments & Cancellations
Please give at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Missed appointments or last-minute cancellations will result in a fee. Same-day bookings are available for an additional $15, which must be selected as an "Add On."

3. Payment
Payment is due at the time a service is booked.

4. Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for ensuring items are dropped off and picked up on time (if applicable). Items must be placed outside and ready for pickup on time (if applicable). Please remove any personal items from car seats before service. It is the customers responsibility to select the correct mileage and same-day booking fee (if applicable) when checking out. 

5. Results Disclaimer
While we do our best to deliver excellent results, some stains or damage may be permanent. We are not responsible for wear, fading, or pre-existing damage.

6. Liability
At Tucson Car Seat Medic, we follow all manufacturer guidelines and recommendations when cleaning car seats, including using only approved cleaning methods for straps, padding, and plastic components. While we take great care to clean your car seat safely and responsibly, Tucson Car Seat Medic is not liable for any damage, malfunction, or injury that may occur following cleaning, including in the event of a car accident.
It is the responsibility of the parent or guardian to ensure that the car seat is reinstalled correctly and remains in safe working condition. If you have any concerns, we recommend referring to your car seat’s manual or contacting the manufacturer directly.

7. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services means you accept the latest version.
